Requirements: Desire to learn new skills; Fluent English language (B1+ and higher); Good verbal and written skills; Stress-resistance, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Arranging the transportation process; Guide the customer during the process of arranging the transportation (you will work with incoming requests, so the search for new clients will not be your responsibility); Conducting the process of transportation until the delivery; Provide the best customer service over the phone, emails, text messages. Manage all orders in our CRM system.
