Customer Support Manager
Night Shift
We are looking for a person who is ready to support our customers and help them in solving logistics problems.
Requirements:
Desire to learn new skills;
Fluent English language (B1+ and higher);
Good verbal and written skills;
Stress-resistance, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Working time 5/2, from 22:00 to 5:00;

Responsibilities:
Arranging the transportation process;
Guide the customer during the process of arranging the transportation (you will work with incoming requests, so the search for new clients will not be your responsibility);
Conducting the process of transportation until the delivery;
Provide the best customer service over the phone, emails, text messages.
Manage all orders in our CRM system.
