Customer Support Manager
Day Shift
We are looking for a person who is ready to support our customers and help them in solving logistics problems.
Requirements:
Desire to learn new skills;
Fluent English language (B1+ and higher);
Good verbal and written skills;
Stress-resistance, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Working time 5/2, from 14:45 to 23:00;

Responsibilities:
Advising clients of the company on available services;
Monitoring of cargo orders (specialized boards) and search tracks for them;
Coordination and management of cargo delivery;
Monitoring new contractors, agreeing on new routes of transportation and optimal schemes for the delivery of goods;
Help drivers in emergency situations.
